Honors Biology – Assignments 9/29 – 10/5

There will be a TEST on Tuesday (9/30) that covers the introductory course material in reading assignments #1 through #6 (What is biology? How is life classified? What are the characteristics of life? What are the major groups of cells, how are they alike and different, what are the structures that make them up?) – This video (A Tour of the Cell) provides a nice review of cell structures and functions. For another take on the information in your text about cells, please review the Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic Cells and Animal and Plant Cells PowerPoint presentations.

There will be an online test review/question & answer session on Monday 9/29 from 8 PM until 9 PM at the Today’s Meet website. Mr. Vigliotti will moderate and answer questions. Please follow link below.
